I know this will probably make me a bad mom, but my daughter has developed a dark freckle/mole on her lip. She’s 1 years old. I would like to get it removed before she is aware. I don’t want her to encounter bullying when she’s older and I’d rather have it removed before she understands so I don’t send her the wrong message. Would a surgeon even be willing to do this?

It is super noticeable and I’m terrified of her getting picked on.
