Hi all. Anyone ever have any missing footage and was able to recover it. Any tips or tricks? I’m literally missing 15 hours of footage. We had a small house fire and we are trying to see the few minutes where it started. Also just to add, We went back and saw it yesterday. When we tried to view again- gone. I’ve tried everything. Even had support try to help me. Now I’m waiting for their software resolution team to call me within the next week. Figured I’d see if I can recover in the meantime. Thanks!
