Who to hire
I run a software developer agency.
My first sale came through outwork and that same person is connected to me and outsourcing me for the past 4 years.
On the other side we also had small projects with referrals only.
Right now my team is of 6 people and thriving but I want to grow more
I don't understand what to do, is it me who has to make a sale or can I hire someone to do the job.
What should I do? Completely confused.
