hello!! i’m an incoming freshman dorming in great basin. i’m majoring in ECE and i dont really know what to expect going into college, im scared of getting home sick, missing my family, possibly realizing maybe im not ready to move away from home, and overall just being more independent and being on my own. its all super new to me.

im kind of going into all do this blind and just want any advice/reassurance anyone has to offer.

I am an incoming freshman at UNR studying ECE and I'd like to get a better feel for what the university will be like once I start in the fall. if anybody has any advice or just any thoughts about the university that they would like to share, please do!! I feel like i'm going in blind even though i've toured the campus a couple times haha.
