This is gonna sound silly, but I'm dealing with LPR for about 6 months now, doing better as I have cut off coffee and alcohol and obvious acids, but I live in a very warm town, and having a bit of a struggle with the water drinking limitations, like not drinking water when eating, not drinking water after alginates, not drinking water two hours before bed... And I'm thirsty! Does anyone else has some issues or recs on this? I know how silly I sound, but I'd appreciate any advice.
