EAFC 26 Automated Training Plans for FATIGUE
Hello! A few questions:
- I am playing Wimbledon AFC (EFL League One) on EAFC 26 Career mode. I actually WANT a little fatigue..
- When my starting players are a little fatigued by the next match, it forces me to rotate, which I enjoy (otherwise I pretty much have no incentive to rotate except for occasional "sharpness" concerns.. not as fun).
- I am totally baffled by the Automated Training Plan UX.. I can't wrap my mind around a "threshold" and whether greener numbers are better than red.. I've read in other threads that 70 / 80 / 80 / 70 (Intense / Heavy / Light / Recovery) is recommended. In order to try and get some post-match fatigue that might linger into my next fixture I've reset to 70 / 80 / 60 / 50 but to no avail.. again, even after some reading I REALLY don't understand what these sliders actually do..
- An ideal system would be one that lightly fatigues my starters, but accelerates growth on my bench.. but priority number one is light fatigue that would force me to manage starting XIs more regularly..
I have not touched the manual Training Plan window.. I wouldn't mind an explanation into this, especially how it might interact with the "Auto."
I am also playing saves with bigger clubs: Man Utd and Napoli. When setting up these saves I assumed "Fixed Rate" in settings would give me that realistic drop in fatigue for my most played starters.. (as opposed to the alternative "always full"...) As far as I can tell Fixed Rate and Always Full are the same thing -- and of course can't be changed once the save starts.. Any possible way to get the light-medium fatigue I'm looking for so I'm not tempted to play Bruno, Mbeumo, Sesko, Cunha, Mainoo, Casemiro etc every single game..
