I went to the dentist and he had like a 3d render or something of my teeth. He told me they were crowded so premolar extractions were needed .

I really don't want to do that, since it'll take 2 years for the gaps to close. But I'm also really self conscious about my overjet. It's definitely not severe (the dentist himself said that it takes a while to notice it) but I have really bad self esteem so lol

Are there any alternatives?? I would really appreciate help
