My prep of the week scored 8/10 — what else could be better?
Trying to dial in a prep I can actually stick with for a few months without getting bored of it. Cheap (under $4/meal), high protein, and not just brown rice + chicken breast for the 500th time
This week's container:
- Pulled chicken thigh (cumin, garlic, paprika)
- Yellow rice (white rice + turmeric, basically free)
- Black beans
- Steamed broccoli
- Roasted carrots
Ran it through an app I use and it came back 8/10. What would you swap or add to push it higher without breaking the $4/meal thing?
