I'm looking for a song from a movie soundtrack that sounds extremely similar to the opening of “Away With the Fairies” by Ruby Roberts. I'm pretty sure the movie was animated and fit the Disney/Pixar vibe. I remember the scene takes place in a futuristic/utopian city, and it was the first time we are introduced to it. It feels very late 90s/early 2000s. It was vibrant and very blue. I vaguely remember them going up an elevator or traveling up somehow. Bubbles feel familiar too. When I heard this song for the first time I swore I had heard something similar to it in a movie before. Any help is appreciated!
