28 weeks pregnant just been for a chiropractor visit and he used a massage gun on the sides and back of my neck he assured me it was fine in pregnant but I literally felt tingles all the way to my feet so got in the car after and googled it and it does not sound like it’s safe to do that on the neck😫 does anyone know if this is actually the case or whether I’ve done my baby damage or brain damage and should get checked 😩
