Whos parents are hella scared they're going to become drug addicts? How'd yall convince them that we're gonna be just fine?

I've been noticing this constant sensitivity/pain in the upper right side of my vagina. It's not something inside but there's something I can feel up there that hurts when I touch it. The part where my ovary is situated also hurts quite a bit. Sometimes I imagine my right fallopian tube is getting tangled which is why it's hurting and that freaks me out. Has anyone faced something like this before? Is there a way to fix it without visiting a gynac?
