So I see some veils have already open from the bigger ones and I'm questioning wether to harvest them already and leave it for a few more days too grow out some other pins or should I harvest and prepare for second flush?

This one went a little bad because the manual made me open the bag too much so the cake dried out (hence the aborted ones at the top). I'm a little sad that this flush is a little disappointing because of following what was being told, but do you think the second flush will get better?

Sorry for shitty pics but yesterday they were fine and now they're cracking. I have been opening the back for fresh air every day as is instructed in the manual. Are they cracking because of lower humidity? Will these be aborted are can these repair themselves?

I started this 7 days ago but I feel like I should see more colonization/white? How do you keep good temperature without a heating mat?
