hello everyone, it would be an honor if you could help me. it is not fully colonized and my boys are bein weirdos. is it possible to just sterilize a needle, poke holes with micropore tape covering them as to not let these dummies get rotten. also whats up with the black, is that mold? thanks. it is golden teacher.

Question on what to grow
Looking to grow something but would like to know what strain to grow here is my condition it just needs to be 2 months grow time honorable mentions would be on a strain that's pure white and second brown cap gold look amount I don't care for it could be one big one or so many small ones top liked gets picked and I'll record details on how it went...

I recieved my first growkit today, can any experienced fella confirm wether or not everything is as it's supposed to be?
First three pictures show what the growkit looked like immediately after arrival before opening the lid.
On the fourth picture during the soaking process, i noticed there was a green colored spec at the side which i circled in red, tho the coloration might not be as prominent as it was through my own eyes. Could this be cause for concern, some bacteria that infiltrated, or am i too paranoid?
Fifth pictures shows the status quo after i followed all the instructions. Filled the bag with water and placed the kit inside without the lid on top, is that correct?!

Finally harvested some big ones
Today I harvested some big ones from my golden teacher growkit. Don't worry, only put them for a few minutes in that bag just to transport them. They are kind of bruised, but seem to be healthy. Didn't expect for them to grow this large

weird fruit (dried)
i recently got this morsel that was in a bag all others were normal density and size this one didn’t seem to have even had a stem and was incredibly dense at almost 3g it seemed like it was a hardened resin or something similar to crystallized sugar in fudge or something with a shiny spot that almost looked wet but was definitely dry. grower said it may have been similar to cross pollinated has anyone seen anything similar?
