Please help an old dude use season passes…

I know I’m out of touch, but please help me understand…I got a season pass, and I see it in my wallet on my app. I understand that I can have people scan the QR code on my phone, but I’m wondering if there is any physical/analog work around. My phone is usually dead, and even when it’s not I don’t like counting on scanning it because I break phones…I don’t wanna be the “back in my day” guy, but I’m used to having some sort of physical ticket or ID card or something…is there something I’m missing? Does anyone have a proven work around? TIA 🙏🫡

How much better is Fiesta Texas than Over Texas?

My wife and I are planning a trip from eastern New Mexico in the next couple months to ride roller coasters.

It would be a fair bit less expensive to go to six flags over Texas, but I understand that fiesta Texas is a much better park…also I REALLY want to ride the golden lasso…so I wanted to ask about how much better is fiesta?

Extra info: we would be spending two days at whichever park we go to.
We will prolly not get fast lane :(
We will NOT be going to sea world either way, so that doesn’t move the needle for us.

Does anyone know about the Texas Tornado at Wonderland reopening?

My wife and I were gonna make a trip out to wonderland at the end of the month, but I saw news that TT had stalled out and was closed for investigation…does anyone know if it will be running again before next season?

Recommend my next Superman title / is Superman just not for me?

I have never really liked Superman, for a handful of reasons. I had made that opinion based on old movies and TV shows before I had ever read a comic book. I realized recently that I had judged Superman pretty harshly for most of my life without ever bothering to actually read the books, so I decided to give them a shot. I read All-Star Superman and honestly it may be the graphic novel I liked least of any I have ever read. It was everything I expected to hate about Superman. It felt corny to me. I felt like there was no drama, because obviously Superman is always fine in the end, even if we’re supposed to think he is “dying”…and you expect me to believe that a super genius who has seen Superman up close wouldn’t recognize Clark Kent? Ok…

…anyway, I saw at my local library “Superman Smashes the Klan” and I thought “who needs drama or suspense? I’m down to watch bigots get beaten up lulz” and checked it out. Right now I am almost done with chapter two, and I LOVE THIS BOOK!!! It’s not what I expected at all. I find myself really caring about this family that has moved to metropolis, Superman feels flawed and relatable, and even the Saturday morning cartoon art style feels endearing instead of childish…

So, can someone recommend some other Superman titles I might enjoy, or should I just take this win, and know that in general Superman is not for me?

(Game News) I have literally only been able to hold one single thought in my mind since the Mega Raichu spoiler…

Alakazam gets expanding force.

I usually avoid derivative speculation, but if mega Raichu gets electric terrain it seems like a SUPER safe bet that other terrains will be available also…and mega alakazam gets expanding force…I haven’t really seen anyone talking about this, and it seems like kinda a big deal…so I figured I would start a conversation lol

Need power advice from someone who knows anything

My wife and I are getting a new Coleman travel trailer and will be staying in it full time for extended periods. My wife has a job that she will have to do online from the trailer during the day, but we would like to be able to boondock at least sometimes without power hook ups. So, my question is: how much solar power do I need? And please forgive me if that question is worded badly, I know damn near nothing about electricity.

I assume I would be able to buy solar panels, attach them somehow to the existing batteries, and just use them to keep the power on…is that accurate?

Any advice would be SUPER helpful…this is all actually pretty overwhelming, and it feel super high stakes
