I’m supposed to get an OBC-NCL (central) certificate for admission processes. I was born in one state but have been living in another long-term (all current address/docs are for the latter).

Issue: What should be written in the “ordinarily resides” field?

Legally it should be current residence, but officials are saying they might put my origin state address instead.

Will it cause any problem in verification if “ordinarily resides” is my origin state?
