I can't tell if this is my baby.. normal.. or if time is my only answer. But we've been doing sleep training-TCB style, and honestly we have made leaps and bounds!! Some nights she sleeps all night, other nights not so much. Baby is 6 months old and in daycare. the daycare schedule is not always consistent with our at home schedule, which I think she is up longer than she should be.

Weekends the schedule looks like: 2/2.5/2.5/2-2.5 (pending). She can do 3 hours sometimes, but not often.

My problem is mostly during the week since i Have 0 control on the daytime sleep.

For ex: she's been getting up at 5, we leave her in the crib and don't start our day until after 6.

I think her nap at daycare is usually around 9, even if its suggested to offer a nap earlier.. 4 hour wake window is too long right?? (30 min nap here)

Next nap is anywhere starting from 12-1, and lasts up to 2 hours.

We have been trying to work on a nap between 4/430, for 30 minutes.. but its not always successful at daycare. So when that nap doesn't happen, she gets offered a nap from 5-530 at home. and then bed between 7-8 (pending that last nap).

I just don't feel like we have a lot of consistency, and maybe that's normal. I dont know.

Some nights, she will wake up at 3 and stay awake that full 2 hours and then fall asleep around 5, take a short 30 mins and then up for the day after that (again she is left in the crib until after 6).

Is there something I am missing? Is time going to help? Is it normal for their sleep to be so wishy-washy and all over the place?? I feel like she is really working on a bunch of different skills and far too busy practicing those.. but I worry she will start to become chronically overtired.. Is anyone else struggling with this or is it just my baby? Motherhood is great but it's also the one thing that's so universal but yet, you feel so so alone in it...
