Help with Lag/Stutter in Apex Legends

Im playing on a MSI Thin GF63 12UCX Laptop. Every 1-3 seconds i experience weird long stutters in Apex Legends and i dont know why. I have tried many things but nothing has helped me so far. I think my specs are strong enough for the game so it shouldn't be my systems problem. It also shouldnt be my internets problem because my brother plays apex on his xbox and has 0 lags/stutters. I'm just trying to find what the issue is so i can play apex normally again like i used to before the lags/stutters came in. Any help will be greatly appreciated! :)
