I’m literally throwing up from the stress of the leaving cert, as we are all literally stressed it doesn’t make me much different from like literally everyone else sittin theirs, but I woke up literally throwing up at 5:30 in the morning, I’m so nauseas all the times that I can’t eat meals, and I’m terrified that I’m going to throw up during my exams today, what do I do?

I took a visit to my doctor and he couldn’t even slightly diagnose what this may be,
He nearly stuffed my head with the tiny suggestion that it may be an autoimmune!!
For those who have not seen my before post,
I have had this patch for 3 months, it started as a spot, progressed into what looked like ring worm
And yet has been unresponsive to
- canestan
- antifungal powders
- hydrocortisone creams
- some pill that treats ring worm LMAO
- and fucibet - ( although fucibet maintained it a little , flattened the skin for a short while and stopped its growth, it is now causing an itching reaction after almost 2 weeks andthe patch is once more raided and textured and bumpy )
The patch is now itching like crazy again!!
My doctor suspected I may have to go for a punch biopsy, which I know isn’t a huge deal, but I’d kinda rather not ( I willl end up doing it )
So in the meantime
Any suggestions, based on the image or personal encounters or perhaps based on description alone considering the medications it is unresponsive to.
It is also localised and has not moved anywhere in 3-4 months, it just grows larger overtime.
I’ve never been good at maths, I could have zero distractions in class , tell myself I’m really gonna try and listen today and it’s like the numbers just fly all over the page and I have no idea what is what,,
It’s what, like 10 days? Ish? Before the leaving cert and my mock result was a whopping 23% ordinary level,
I doubt that anyone on here has any magical advice that will absolutely flip things around for me, but if anyone else is in the same boat and has anything that even slightly helps them, please let me know!! Where can I get the extra marks!
Me sitting a maths exam goes like me sitting down, me hoping the paper is magically easy, me opening the paper, being drastically disappointed, and then just writing absolute nonsense everywhere I can in the hopes it’ll magically be somewhat correct and then get giddy when I see some financial maths.
It started off as what looked like a tiny itchy spider bite 2-3 months ago, and has since grown slowly every single day to become this ring worm / eczema looking nasty itchy bumpy patch of skin
It becomes worse with heat and stress, if I scratch it tiny bumps rise and upon scratching it will indeed expand over night, and there seems to be a bit of a ring around it??
Now everyone has told me its ring worm, but idek, and I haven’t had the time nor money to see a real doctor about it because my exams ,
I’ve tried hydrocortisone cream, I’ve tried powder, and I’ve tried anti fungal creams,
I am miserable,, insecure and itchy, and somehow everybody seems to notice it
[ just to specify I HAVE tried anti fungal powders, creams, and meds , they haven’t seemed to work so far but I’m willing to try again ]
[ about me not seeing the doctor I haven’t had the time at all nor the money for any of the expenses !! I know, I’m just one problem after the other lmao 😂]

Pls do not blame my headphones, they have not only been changed since but do not touch the area as much as you’d expect
