I'm looking to buy my first packraft. My primary usecase is bikerafting in flatwater rivers and lightwater. My secondary usecase is packrafting without a bike in lightwater and hopefully at some point I could try to progress to class III rapids.

I've been looking at Alpacka's options and Caribou is the obvious choice here. However, I'm wondering that how well does the 2026 Gnarwhal in size Medium (which has the old Wolverine hull) perform with bike strapped to it? Is there a significant difference in stability, performance or packed size compared to Caribou?

I'm open to suggestions from other brands also, I'm based in Europe.
