I’m moving back to SF after 5 years and I don’t have my nose on what the Tenderloin is like these days/which areas are safer than others. I’m thinking of renting a studio on the 300 block of Hyde Street. How “bad” (for lack of a better word) is that area? Obviously I’d be aware of surroundings, not out alone at night, etc. Thanks!
