Just a heads-up for anyone applying for the CSR: Make sure your credit is unfrozen at every bureau first, because Chase won’t tell you if it’s blocked.
My application was denied, and I was left totally in the dark. No email or request to unfreeze. When I called, the support was vague and couldn’t even specify which credit bureau they tried to ping. It’s a pretty disappointing "Day 1" experience for a card that costs hundreds in annual fees. Honestly feeling pretty "gruntled" and ready to take my business elsewhere.
