I told my room owner on 7th may via phone call that I will be leaving this room around month end. He said ok, he will pay security deposit (15000) on the day when I will leave.

And today 20th may he sent me some other guy's number to pay rent from june. When I ask ki I told you earlier that I am leaving this room at month end then he denied. He said I didn't say any thing like that. Now he is not replying me. Please help. What should I do. I didn't sign any agreement. but all the transaction were online.
