Any active Eastern US based States out there? Love a diverse state, but we've had a lot of problems that I think could be resolved by less translation issues. Anyhow looking for an active state where I don't have to hit translate on every message and cross my fingers on if the translation makes any sense. I'm in the 36xx area.
