I have been open a year and building momentum. Unfortunately the place I was renting had a bad pest problem and I had to vacate the room. I have looked on craigslist, loop net, posted on fb groups no real leads. One spot I have for now but it's an upstairs suite and its not very large. Can anyone share how they found the perfect space preferably month to month in Thousand oaks/ Westlake Village, CA.
