I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. Late June or July preferred, but I am also open to subleasing it for next school year September 21st 2026-August 2027. It is a 4 bed, 4 bath renovated unit, with your own private bedroom and bathroom, women unit only. It is about a 1 mile drive/15 minute walk to campus, with a bus stop right outside directly to campus as well. Right in the middle of University Village and Farmhouse Collective. The base rent is $1020 for July and August, and $1070 for September and onwards (utilities included) This would be ideal for someone who wants housing from summer classes and the next school year 🙏.
