Hey , I've looked though the subreddits and can't see this problem..makes me think it's isolated to me.

I can't get any pokemon centre newsletters. I used to receive them up until September but since then, I haven't received Anything. Customer support were useless. I did all the recommendations they have in their FAQ (the fact they had this on their FAQ suggests it might not be isolated to just me) , but still can't receive a newsletter. I feel like I've missed out on things.

Anyone else not been able to receive them ?
