Its been a long time coming as much as it worry me Im looking forward to it for the functional & aesthetic gains as i look silly😂

What did you folks do for eating and getting the right nutrients in post op?

What are the DOs and DON’Ts pre & post op?

I understand it’ll be a long process so Im trying to gather as much information from people who have experienced the surgery & complications.
