My LGS has these precons and I’m looking to get into commander after playing a few weeks of pauper.

1. World Shaper
2. Blight Curse
3. Dance of the elements
4. Jeskai Striker
5. Counter Intelligence
6. Creative Energy
7. Squirrelled Away
8. Family Matters

I initially wanted to buy the Sultai Arisen Precon but the last copy was snatched right before I came to try and purchase it.

Which of these would you recommend, or consider the strongest out of the box with minimal or no upgrades?

EDIT: Thank you all for the suggestions and advice! I settled on World Shaper and I’ll probably stick to it for a while before upgrading.
