For first time in my life ive found the bow of seeking! It says it is an elven bow. I guess I should have the weapons expert skill to wield it?

We are starting a new campaign and yet again ive selected lizards as my starting warband

I really like to play them with some fluff and mercenaries wise the chamaleon skink looks like the only one that suits?

Ive found the skink hopper in broheim but the doc looks incomplete.

Any ideas?
