My father claims it’s a 20+ year old Peter Stuyvesant lighter it’s steel refillable and adjustable but requires a screw driver to adjust the flame it still functions perfectly I refilled it and it works, can anyone confirm this is what my father claims cause I tried googling all sorts of things couldn’t find anything on this
