Are zippos still high quality?

I’ve been looking at some zippos on their website and before I go in on a purchase I just want to make sure there build quality is good and if you purchase one with a design the paint will hold up.

c. 1912 - 1927 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿/🇦🇹/🇺🇸 Orlik Single Wheel in burgundy leather wrap made in Austria imported to US by MEB

This simple lighter has an intricate history. The company is Orlik from England which was started by Austrian Louis Orlik. With connections to Austria, many of Orlik's lighters were made there, including this one.

MEB was an American company started by German Max E. Bernhardt that imported several lighters from Europe, including this one, resulting in an American logo stamped on an English lighter made in Austria.

Not for sale. Pictures: https://sparking-fumes.square.site/product/orlik-single-wheel/TDJGYHZIWKFAN7OQPFZND3TI

Places to Trade Lighters?

Does anyone know of any sites or shows or places where you can buy/trade lighters? I have a few on my list that I'm looking for, as well as some lighters I'm fine letting go of. Figured there might be somewhere to cut out the middle step of 'sell my lighter, buy new lighter'.

I've come to Reddit, once again, asking for help

My grandma died a few years ago from cancer (she was a frequent smoker). I was looking through her sewing stuff and found this lighter in there. I reverse image searched it and I found out it's a gas lighter.

Because I didn't want to place it somewhere just for it to collect dust, I'm asking if someone can tell me if I can fill it up again and, maybe, keep using it, or if it's too far gone.

1930's "manifold" petrol automatic

early 1930's "manifold" petrol automatic windproof cigar and pipe lighter. the made in austria lighter features an unusual built-up windscreen design with an automatic mechanism. you press thumb pieces, and it snaps up to light. the wick is attached to a wheel that turns the wick up for pipe use. the "manifold" was invented by leopold kutter of vienna austria in 1932. the "manifold" comes in 2 versions, with the pipe wheel model being the rarest. the side of the lighter has a JL in the triangle logo, which must be the manufacturers name.

The Mouchon "Le Sphinx"

It operates via an automatic squeeze-action mechanism. Squeezing the lighter snaps the cap open and strikes the flint simultaneously to spark the flame.

Origin & Patent: The mechanism was patented in France by inventors Robert and René Mouchon between 1930 and 1931.

Manufacturer Markings: Authentic models feature an impressed manufacturer's mark reading "Mouchon Le Sphinx Made in France."

Licensing: Because the design was highly effective, the mechanism was licensed to other premium brands of the era. Most notably, the prominent French manufacturer Quercia used the Mouchon license to create their famous "Racer" lighter in 1933.
