I recently joined Deloitte USI as a fresher and I need some guidance regarding the Well-being Subsidy and USI Smartphone Program.

I heard that the Corporate Amex card is mainly meant for these programs. I was thinking of not applying for the Amex card and instead paying myself if that's allowed.

Can someone please explain:

Is it possible to claim the Well-being Subsidy and Smartphone Program without an Amex card?

If yes, what is the complete process?

If using the Corporate Amex card is simpler or recommended, could someone explain how to apply for it and how to use it for these claims, step by step?

What are the do's and don'ts?

How do I submit the claim and get the reimbursement?

Are there any common mistakes I should avoid?

A step-by-step explanation from someone who has already used these benefits would be really helpful.

I joined Deloitte USI on June 22. Will I receive a prorated salary on June 30, or will my first salary (including the June prorated amount) be credited at the end of July?

Also, in TOD the next pay date is mentioned as June 30, which is why I'm confused.
