Alright hey everyone! So I’m kind of freaking out right now. I see some of the programs I’m applying to require a signature from each of my shadowing and PCE experiences. I’m just really worried my previous shadows won’t answer a text to electronically sign something. Even if it was from so long ago , I’m just really worried they won’t get back to me. Anyone else have this issue? I have no bad blood with anyone I just understand people are really busy with their lives and don’t want to bombard them.

Hey everyone! So for some reference, I’m a 22 Year old female. NO history of throwing up on rides or motion sickness as a child. But lately when I visit Disney , it all started with flight of passage when the cast member alerted us if we have motion sickness we should leave right before the ride started and my mind started freaking out? I also have a mild phobia of throwing up especially in public places.. so after this flight of passage VR scare, I noticed I get so much anxiety before rides. My heart starts beating and I feel a little queasy after. Although never throwing up on a ride, i feel like my mind has completely taken over and convinced myself I now have motion sickness.

Anyways. I’ve seen what a lifesaver OTC meds can be for amusement parks or relief bands and want your guys opinion on both. I don’t want to become dependent on this stuff, but this anxiety, stomach queasiness has kind of ruined my most recent Disney trip… I guess I’m just nervous? Does anyone have a similar case and can give me any advice? Thanks so much ahead of time !!!
