A wealthy couple live in a modern isolated country house/villa with orchard or large garden. A calm male intruder/visitor arrives and most of the movie is tense psychological negotiation/conversation between the 3 characters. Very minimalist cast. Not horror, more arthouse/festival style.

mostly only 3 people in the movie .
