How would I go about finding ancestors or distant family?
I’m (27m) an American with a grandmother who was 100% Hungarian, that fled to America around 1956. I do not know much of her past as she died when I was around 8 years old. It’s hard for me to find a lot about her or if there are distant relatives of mine. I am so interested in it. Her last name was Bokonyi, so does anyone have an idea of where to start?
