Huion Kamvas Pro 16 GT-156 cursor lags behind pen movement
I am having an issue with my Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (model GT156) where the pen cursor lags about half an inch behind the pen movement. It is super noticeable when I move the pen quickly for a confident stroke, but it happens even when hovering over the Windows desktop with no drawing apps open.
I have already tested it on two different computers and the behavior is exactly the same, so it does not seem to be a system specific issue.
Here is everything I have already tried to fix it:
- I reinstalled and rolled back the tablet drivers,
- toggled Windows Ink,
- ran the driver software as an administrator,
- used the software diagnosis tool to run a WinTab32 protocol repair,
- checked the display mapping settings,
- verified the extended display setup, scaling, and refresh rates.
- different USB ports,
- disabled USB power saving settings in Device Manager
- unplugged all other nonessential USB devices
- made sure Windows LampArray is not the culprit since that feature or service does not even exist on my system.
- I even moved the tablet away from other electronics to rule out electromagnetic interference.
I am trying to figure out if there is a hidden setup step I missed for the Kamvas Pro 16 GT156 or if there are any other troubleshooting steps worth trying. Any advice would be appreciated.
