Has anyone had an Amazfit Bip 6 die from basic handwashing splashes?

Mine suddenly became completely unresponsive right after a few splashes while washing my hands. No signs of life, won't charge, won't turn on.

The watch is advertised as 5 ATM water resistant, so I'm genuinely confused. I've already contacted support and am waiting for a response. I really hope they help, i bought it almost a month ago

Would appreciate hearing from other Bip 6 owners.
