Hi. So I played this game a lot a few years back, bought the dlc, did all the missions, leveled each class, etc.

I wanted to replay the game after hearing the news about the sequel, so I re-downloaded. Upon logging in, though, the only option I had was to start a new character. I checked cloud sync to make sure my saves had downloaded, and everything looked normal. I still have all the achievements unlocked that I'd earned previously.

Was there some sort of update where everyone had to start from scratch, or did the cloud eat my saves and I'm shit outta luck? If it were the former then no problem, but I wouldn't enjoy having to start from level one knowing that my progress might get wiped again if I uninstall.
