Cycle Tips
Just finished my first cycle and looking for advice on what to run next.
My first cycle was:
• RAD140: 10mg/day for 8 weeks
• MK677: 10mg/day, increased to 20mg/day later in the cycle
Support supplements:
• NAC 1200mg/day
• Vitamin D
• Omega-3
• Berberine (Slin)
The cycle honestly went great. I was bulking and made SOLID gains, strength went up, and I had basically no noticeable side effects. I’m currently running Nolvadex for PCT.
The issue is that right when the cycle ended, I went on a 2-week vacation where I barely ate enough food and didn’t train at all. I feel like I’ve lost a significant amount of the gains I made, which is pretty frustrating.
I’m already planning my next cycle for when i’m ready and wanted some opinions from people with more experience.
My goal is purely to put on muscle mass. I’m naturally on the skinny/slightly underweight side and want size that actually sticks around after the cycle. I also prefer shorter cycles (6-8 weeks is ideal).
Options I’m considering:
• Repeat the exact same cycle
• Increase RAD140 to 20mg
• Try a different SARM
• Move to something injectable
I’m open to pretty much anything and not opposed to pinning if that’s genuinely the better option. My main priorities are:
1. Maximizing muscle gain
2. Keeping as much of it as possible afterward
3. Minimizing side effects and health risks as much as realistically possible
