I’ve always had sinus issues before my throat started bothering me i was congested. I have a really sharp pain on one side when i swallow. My mouth feels dry after just breathing and then swallowing saliva hurts even more than water. Food is tolerable. I’m thinking it could just be irritated from post nasal drip which cause cobblestoning or maybe it might look like thrush?

Idk but i’m a teacher wrapping up the year and i leave monday for trip so i have absolutely 0 time rn to go to the ENT. I did call the ENT to get steroid .5mg for my nasal rinses so im starting that today. Maybe it’ll help?
