Lucid Dreams vs. Lucid Naps
Let the debate... BEGIN!!!
For the many Lucid Dreamers out there!! Are there any one of you who learned to become a lucid dreamer without doing reality checks?
reddit.comPls! How to lucid dream with limited time and resources (school)
I've known lucid dreaming for a while but have only been able to induce a few inconsistent, and definitely not close to real-life experiences.
I am currently going to school so I don't have a lot of time that some techniques require like falling back asleep or naps unfortunately.
I also can't consistently do reality checks because:
- It looks really weird
- It's impossible to focus on LD all the time and genuinely ask "is this a dream?" several times a day in school while I have to focus on my academics
So I just wanted some recommendations of effective techniques that I can use to consistently and successfully induce lucid dreams that build up over time, rather than short bursts
(I really want to be able to build this ability and take it as my own for my entire life, not just a taste and I would really appreciate it if anyone could help, because I'm pretty sure there's a lot of teenagers out there with the exact same problem)
Thank you! And a good lucid dream night!
