Hello! My 6 month old girl is quite a good sleeper, she sleeps through the night since she hit 2 months and she hasn't had the 4 month sleep regression. But she started having these regular early morning "tantrums" with unknown cause 🫠

During the night we do dream feeds and also she cries occasionally bc of wet diaper (she hates it even slightly wet). Now we feed her before bedtime (19:30) then dreamfeed at around 10-11pm and then around 2:30-3:30am.

And then comes 4:30-5:00am and she starts whining and screaming (still sleeping) for seemingly no reason and the only fix is to move her to the living room and put her into her lounger or on the playing mat and she will happily be sleeping there sometimes until we wake her up (before 7am).

She used to wake up around 6-7am herself before these 4-5am incidents. It's been happening around 2 weeks now. It is baffling because we are sure it is not hunger (she is not hungry sometimes until 8:30am), it is definitely not a wet diaper, it is not longing for a hug (bc that doesnt really help), it is not even sun coming through the curtains in the morning because the living room is full of light and she sleeps there like its the best sleeping spot ever. She is ok with her crib usually, she doesn't love it but during the day naps she is able to link the sleep cycles in there, I see her wake up a bit and then fall asleep again, she is ok being there. When she wakes up fully, she is often quite happy in there, playing.

Any ideas? I would like to have more normal mornings, especially for my husband - he is the one "in charge" of mornings, since I wake up to her during the night. Thanks!
