If you feel like quitting, remember why you started.

Just really proud of how far i came with my fitness journey.

For context, I was always underweight. Everytime na mag tetest for BMI, I’d always fail it. G1 until G11. Being skinny made me so insecure. Di bagay ung mga damit sakin kasi they look oversize, tas lahat ng damit ko either XS or S, and the only muscle group I could flex was my abs lang😭😭. I think i weighed 40-45kls sa first pic, and now i currently weigh 63.25 to 63.5kls, it fluctuates around that kasi I started cutting.

Probably the hardest thing that I went through my fitness journey was eating a lot of food, di ko tuloy alam if curse ba ung pagiging high metabolism 😭.

That’s all hahahaha, just proud of my progress. Sabi nga ni Smartfit, “Don’t stop until di ka pa masarap.”

Male, 18, 5’6, 63.25kg. I need advise on cutting.

Hellooo! So I’ve started to end my bulk and finally start on what I call a “mini cut” kasi I have plans to bulk ulit in the near future. Started my cutting 2 weeks ago but not seeing good progress. My diet usually consists of chicken, eggs, fish, beef, pork. I usually eat 2-3 meals a day, on some days I skip breakfast, and mas dinadamihan ko ung ulam sa kanin. Been tracking my weight for those whole 2 weeks, usually fluctates to 63.4, 63.3. 63.7, 64, 63.5 and now 63.25. Medjo matagal ung mga workout sessions ko, usually 2hrs+ and every workout naglalaan ako ng time to walk 30mins sa treadmill. My workout split is ULPPL. Unfortunately, I don’t track my macros huhu, so estimation lang lahat, I usually just scoop 3-5 spoonfull of rice. What should I do to make my cutting more efficient?
