Weird Red Spot in Scrotum area, is this an STD or can it be something else ?

This read spot sometimes comes and goes, it stays for liek 2-3 days and it is gone. can't tell what it is. I am going to get tested and see a doctor once I get enough money but I a bit stressed for now
