This has realllly been on my mind, and if possible, I would like to hear some opinions other than my own. So I got a 71 in MAT102 first try, and I didn't do well in CSC148, and thus have to retake it. My plan was to solely focus on CSC148 for the summer, but I'm scared that even with amazing CSC148 grades I won't make the second rounds cutoff (if its 73 again).

Now, I have two main questions

1. are CS major/spec post hard cutoffs, or are they flexible (ie. if i get a 90 in csc148, and the cutoff for MAT102 is 73 and I got a 71, can I still get in?)

2. Is it worthwhile to retake MAT102 (eg. they increase MAT102 cutoffs to 75)

My hope was that the MAT102 cutoffs would go to 70 like last year, but it may not be possible. What should I do?

I was curious if anyone has transferred to TMU CS (specifically from UTM) and what GPA is required to transfer to TMU CS. Also, when do the transfer decisions come out?
