Hi, I tried to expand my sphere of influence as Iberia (despot), but I ran into some problems. I followed these two guides, but they didn't seem to work that well for me.

It doesn't have to be exactly like this, but Uruguay relies on it.
Venezuela supposedly declares war on Guyana, but nothing ever happened
The guy from Panama was sacrificed by the United States, and nothing ever happened after that.
I probably won't play again until an update comes out that fixes some bugs in Democratic Iberia, but I plan to use these game rules.
