Running Shopify + Meta Ads and struggling to figure out actual profit — how are you handling reconciliation?
My revenue in Shopify looks fine but when I actually sit down at month end to calculate how much money I actually made after Meta ad spend, Stripe fees, PayPal payouts, refunds, and shipping overages, the numbers never match what I expect.
I end up exporting everything into a spreadsheet and manually reconciling it which is both annoying and time consuming also I'm still not confident the number is right. Shopify's built-in analytics doesn't account for ad spend at all. Also as I sell my products in other platforms along with Shopify, so collecting all of the data from different platforms and bring them on a single page becomes nightmarish.
Is there a clean way to see actual net profit in one place that pulls from all of these sources automatically? Or is everyone just living in spreadsheets?
