Requested sa Converge ng Site Transfer last March, no internet too since then. Pero walang ganap until now.
I have an internet line sa lumang bahay namin (family house) sa probinsya. Reason bakit nagpalagay ako doon kasi the area has no cell signal, and I used it for business. But since di ko sya ma-monitor (na lagi pala walang internet), I plan to transfer it sa bahay na mismo namin for personal use na lang.
March 19, I requested for site transfer, and that time wala din internet connection yung line ko. But I still pay yung bill that time para magawa na agad nila request ko. Nagawan ng ticket yung request ako and nagreflect na sa acct ko yung site transfer payment. Been following up after that then nalaman ko may hinihingi na requirement pala which is hindi sinabi sakin nung nagrequest ako or kahit email man lang. So I submitted last April 13. Confirmed ng agent na gagawan ng report at itatransfer sa concerned office. Kasi hinahabol ko yung next billing cycle at para makaroon na din internet. Whenever I call, their answer is they will follow up the concerned team, something. Hanggang sa magkaroon na naman ako ng bill. Tapos ngayon sabi nila bayaran ko yung unpaid bill, e reflected doon yung 2500 transfer fee. Nakakainis na na parang ayaw ko sila bayaran haha. I want to disconnect pero sila lang internet provider sa lugar namin. Should I email na din ba sa NTC?
