I’ve tried social, Reddit, SEO, directories, outreach and partnerships for a small SaaS — what would you try next?
I've been doing the marketing for a small prompt-management SaaS and have spent the last few months experimenting with different ways to grow it.
So far I've tried:
- X
- SEO
- Product directories
- Competitor research
- ICP and positioning
- Content strategy
- Outreach
- Partnerships
- Analytics
- Marketing automation
One Reddit campaign brought in around 512 visitors in 24 hours but only 2 users, and we've also started getting some interest from creators and potential partners.
I've also built some automation for parts of the marketing workflow, mostly because I got tired of doing repetitive things manually.
The problem is that we've tried a lot of different channels, but I don't want to fall into the trap of just doing more marketing without knowing what actually deserves more attention.
So I'm trying to figure out what I'd focus on next.
For people who've actually grown an early-stage SaaS:
What would you double down on at this stage?
