Hello, there was a problem with creating a new iCloud account, a friend bought an iPhone and wanted to create iCloud. When filling out the account creation form at the moment of entering the mobile number after the mail, it says that the number does not fit, tried to enter different numbers and I tried to create from my second phone number, nothing worked.
